Fast-growing telemedicine and longevity company with $1.7M+ ARR, 2,000+ recurring patients across 41 states, a high-performing health podcast ecosystem, an upcoming private-label supplement line, and an existing network of 30 white-label rejuvenation clinic/med-spa partners nationwide.

The Role

Full ownership of the patient acquisition engine, community, content flywheel, supplement launches, and ongoing management of our 30 existing clinic partnerships. This is a true GM-of-Marketing seat with P&L responsibility. This is NOT a remote role — we require the Marketing Director to be based in the DMV area and work in-person/hybrid from our headquarters.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the entire podcast + live-show ecosystem: guest pipeline, production calendar, clip strategy, YouTube growth to 20k+ subs, and direct lead/supplement revenue
  • Build and run the patient community (Discord/private groups), daily interaction, testimonials pipeline, retention/upsell campaigns
  • Lead the end-to-end launch and scaling of the new supplement line (Q1–Q2 2026): positioning, funnels, subscription growth, influencer bundles, LTV optimization
  • Manage relationships and performance of our existing 30 white-label clinic partners nationwide: co-marketing execution, revenue-share tracking, quarterly business reviews, and expansion opportunities
  • Scale paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google) post-LegitScript certification — starting at $2k–$5k/day spend
  • Own organic social channels, content calendar, and viral clip strategy
  • Deliver weekly Money Report + Boost Decision Report directly to the Managing Partner (GHL template already built)
  • Hire and manage a small team + agencies

Requirements

  • Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area
  • 8–15 years performance marketing leadership experience
  • Proven track record scaling at least one of the following to 7-figures:
  • Telehealth / hormone therapy / longevity brand
  • DTC supplement or nutrition brand
  • Podcast/content brand with 6-figure lead gen
  • National B2B partnership or affiliate network (franchise/white-label experience)
  • Hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel (or equivalent CRM), $100k+/mo Meta/TikTok spend, and healthcare compliance (LegitScript, HIPAA, FTC)
  • Experience hiring and leading marketing teams

Compensation

  • Base salary: $148,000 – $189,000
  • Equity: 0.75% – 1.5% vesting over 4 years
  • Full health/dental/vision, competitive PTO
