Job Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations across multiple fashion brands
- Oversee product management, including adding new products, maintaining accurate listings, pricing, and ensuring consistency across platforms
- Visual merchandising efforts for the showroom, ensuring displays are polished, on-brand, and optimized for sales and client presentations
- Create and maintain catalogs, line sheets, and product presentations for buyers, press, and internal use
- Manage and optimize resale and sales channels such as Depop, Poshmark, and similar platforms, including listings, updates, and performance tracking
- Plan and coordinate trade show participation, including inventory selection, timelines, setup, breakdown, and logistical preparation
- Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, digital assets, and showroom collateral for events, launches, and promotions
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including building contact lists, creating blast emails, and coordinating outreach to buyers, press, and partners

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, PR, Or communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Canva, Google sheets, Adobe
- Comfortable with social media management and content creation
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with a team and follow direction
- Strong understanding of the youth market and trends
- Fluent in English
Pay: From $1.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
