Job Title
Fashion Show Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator (Contract)
Location
Hybrid / Remote (Akron, OH preferred)
Contract Duration
December 2025 – March 2026
(5–10 hours per week, flexible)
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
• Assist in executing a multi-month promotional timeline (December–March)
• Draft and schedule Instagram captions and story prompts
• Coordinate countdowns, announcements, and key messaging
• Maintain brand tone: curated, limited, intentional
Guest Outreach & Ticketing
• Manage invite-only, presale, and public ticket phases
• Track RSVPs and ticket sales in a shared spreadsheet
• Respond to guest inquiries using pre-written scripts
• Help manage waitlist and capacity control (90-seat event)
Industry & Press Outreach
• Support outreach to fashion creatives, buyers, media, and city/arts professionals
• Track invited industry guests and follow up as needed
• Assist with pre-show and post-show thank-you messages
Coordination & Organization
• Maintain guest lists, timelines, and task checklists
• Support pre-show communications (what to expect, arrival info)
• Assist with post-show follow-ups and recap coordination

• Comfortable with Instagram, Google Sheets, and written communication
• Highly organized and deadline-oriented
• Interested in fashion, creative production, or community-building
• Works well independently with clear direction
• Available evenings/weekends occasionally closer to show date

Compensation-
• $12–$15/hour + show credit + portfolio access
