PR associate intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative intern that study or with some experience in PR and Social Media platforms to be part of the agency. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on PR experience in social media management and create contents. The ideal candidate that wants to learn and the ability to engage with our clients effectively.

Based on performance and availability, a job position may be offered upon completion of the internship, Must live and familiar with Los Angeles, CA area.

Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and trends.
• Collaborate with the PR team to design graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases and engaging with influencers.
• Analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Participate in keyword research to optimize content for search engines (SEO).
• Assist in video editing and photography for promotional materials.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure clarity and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media advertising.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with PR and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
• Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to PR and social media management.
• Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is desirable but not required.
