About the Role

This is not a “grab coffee and post once a week” internship.

This role is for someone who loves social media, understands trends, and wants hands-on experience working directly with an influencer and education brand in the beauty industry. You’ll be involved in filming, editing, brainstorming, and creating content that actually gets posted, not stuck in drafts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation

• Film day-in-the-life content, behind-the-scenes, vlogs, and real-time moments
• Capture content for Life of Lisa G and Straight Out of Cosmo
• Help create trending videos that feel natural, fun, and on-brand

Editing

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories
• Assist with vlog-style edits and longer-form content when needed
• Add captions, trends, transitions, and timing that match current platform culture

Trend Spotting

• Stay tapped into social media trends, sounds, formats, and styles
• Pitch content ideas regularly based on what’s performing
• Help adapt trends in a way that fits the brand and feels authentic

Creative Support

• Brainstorm content ideas and series
• Assist with filming during workdays, travel, events, or launches
• Help keep content organized and flowing

Who You Are

• You genuinely love social media and content creation
• You understand TikTok and Instagram trends, not just posting, but why they work
• You’re comfortable filming and being around the camera
• You’re creative, reliable, and not afraid to speak up with ideas
• You enjoy fast-paced days and changing schedules
• You want real experience working with an influencer and brand

Bonus points if you:

• Have editing experience (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
• Love vlogs and lifestyle content
• Are interested in beauty, entrepreneurship, or content creation
