Influencer and Affiliate Manager

A company is looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Program Manager to inspire creators and scale impact. Key Responsibilities

Drive qualified creator posts at scale and maintain daily communication to motivate and support creators Oversee creator sourcing, qualification, and community leadership to ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality creators Develop engaging hooks and scripts to facilitate creator content and track performance metrics for GMV growth

Required Qualifications

Two to three years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce Proven success in managing large creator networks and driving performance metrics Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making Excellent organization and follow-through on multiple tasks Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization is a plus
