Responsibilities
- Own and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms
- Support brand strategy, campaigns, and product launches
- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operations
- Assist with creative direction for packaging, merchandising, and promotional assets
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the company grows
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, utilizing tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for real-time engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to boost reach and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through public relations efforts and relationship management.
- Oversee proofing processes to ensure all content maintains high quality standards before publication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and multimedia projects including video editing and photography.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), graphic design, video editing, and photography skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation that aligns with branding standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
