JOB SUMMARY
At Melco International LLC, we are transforming the world of embroidery customization. We engineer industry-leading machines, software, and support solutions that empower creators and businesses to turn ideas into reality, with speed, precision, and on-demand scalability. We are seeking a hands-on, growth-focused Marketing Manager with a passion for partnering with our customers, prosumers to large enterprises, to enable win-win business success. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen and scale our marketing engine, grow brand awareness, drive product adoption and generate measurable demand for Melco’s modular embroidery customization solutions.
This is a player-coach role: part strategist, part execution leader, part executioner, perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Requires a creative and analytical leader with experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and lead generation, as well as an understanding of strong brand strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments and markets to engage with our customer base in the Americas and Europe and position Melco as THE partner for embroidery customization businesses.
This is an onsite role working at our Melco headquarters in Westminster, CO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives Growth and Demand Generation
- Owns full-funnel marketing strategy to increase qualified leads and pipeline performance.
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth in key customer segments within the embroidery customization markets, focusing on both B2B and B2C channels.
- Executes digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and nurture automation.
Leads Brand and Category Building
- Strengthens Melco’s leadership and brand recognition as THE Embroidery On-Demand and Customization partner.
- Elevates our brand storytelling and visual identity across channels, optimizing customer value proposition for different market segments.
Drives Unified Brand Strategy
- Leads the development and execution of a unified brand strategy to ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across regions and customer segments.
- Works closely with distribution partners and affiliates to ensure that brand standards are upheld in all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Oversees rebranding initiatives or new market entries, ensuring that the brand remains relevant and competitive across diverse customer segments.
Builds Digital Community Content
- Oversees creation of compelling and expert content that speaks to creators, entrepreneurs, and production teams, establishing Melco as the expert in the industry.
- Partners with influencers, user communities, and on-demand production innovators.
- Expands adoption of Melco’s digital platforms and education resources.
Measures, Analyzes and Scales What Works
- Tracks ROI rigorously; innovates, experiments, tests, repeats.
- Uses customer insights, data, and market research to inform strategies for growth, segment targeting, and lead nurturing across different regions. Leverages data analytics tools to track performance and adjust campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
- Implements tools and processes that turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.
- Monitors and reports on the performance of marketing initiatives, including lead generation, affiliate marketing, and sales funnel metrics across different regions. Uses data to adjust strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs and goals.
Events and Trade Shows
- Plans and executes participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase Melco’s solutions and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- BS Marketing, Communication or similar fields.
- 5-10+ years in product marketing roles with proven digital and demand gen results.
- Brand strategy experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies that successfully resonate across multiple regions.
- Affiliate marketing experience: Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and grow affiliate marketing programs, including recruiting and managing affiliates, negotiating agreements, and optimizing performance for different regions.
- Experience in B2B tech, equipment (investment good), POD, creative tools, or a related ecosystem.
- Successful brand and product launch ownership.
Skills
- Performance marketing expertise (SEM, social, retargeting, analytics).
- Strong storytelling and content creation leadership.
- CRM/automation proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Exceptional collaboration and project management abilities
- Proven track record in lead generation: Experience in developing and executing successful lead generation strategies across digital platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Ability to scale lead generation efforts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and other analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

TRAVEL
Expect 10-25% travel for trade shows and customer visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with, or better in, the embroidery customization, or the wider textile and apparel industry.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
