Job Summary
Ettika is seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Marketing Director to lead and evolve our brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints. This role will own how Ettika shows up in the world—from storytelling and campaigns to digital, social, PR, and e-commerce—ensuring consistency, relevance, and growth.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: a brand builder who understands fashion, culture, and performance marketing, and knows how to translate insights into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Ettika’s business goals and long-term vision
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels including social, e-commerce, email, PR, and partnerships
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns—from concept through launch and performance analysis
- Manage and guide social media strategy, content direction, and brand voice to drive engagement and community growth
- Lead market research and consumer insight efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and evolving customer behaviors
- Ensure consistent branding across all products, packaging, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Oversee B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, including wholesale and retail partner support
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to refine strategy and optimize future launches
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize ROI
- Lead creative development in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to strengthen PR and brand awareness
- Lead strategic planning sessions to define seasonal, annual, and long-term brand growth initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience leading brand marketing for a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand
- Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and multichannel campaign execution
- Deep understanding of branding, product storytelling, and consumer behavior
- Experience using market research and insights to guide brand and campaign strategy
- E-commerce and retail marketing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and creative collaboration workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and market trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity, performance, and budget management
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
