Job – Project Manager / Content Manager
Location: Las Vegas (Hybrid; ~2 days onsite, flexible around events and shoots)

Content Operations Manager
Purpose:
Acts as the operational lead for the Park content studio, overseeing daily coordination, scheduling, and production logistics for live and recorded shoots. Functions as the key liaison between streamers, influencers, marketing, and the production tech team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day content operations and scheduling for live, recorded, and digital shoots.
- Coordinate with influencers, VIPs, and content creators to ensure a smooth experience aligned with brand standards.
- Partner with the production tech and agency teams to manage setup, logistics, filming, and post-production.
- Maintain the content calendar and oversee editing and publishing timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Interactive, Marketing, Casino Ops, IT, and Facilities .
- Support approvals, release forms, and compliance requirements related to content use and publicity.
- Track content performance, engagement, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Profile & Skills:
- Strong operational background; ideally 2–4 years in content production, digital marketing, or creator management.
- Experience working with social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch) and livestream environments.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with ambiguity.
- Must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ideal Background:
- Experience managing influencer relations, livestream or brand content projects.
- Background in entertainment, sports, or gaming a plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of production workflows helpful but not required.
