Influencer Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented individual to lead influencer partnerships and content marketing initiatives for our women-focused apparel brands. In this role, you’ll manage outreach, coordination, and campaign production with influencers and UGC creators—helping shape the voice and reach of our brand across social media.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is extremely detail-oriented, has a meticulous creative eye, and deep understanding for trends in influencer and content marketing as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer communications, gifting programs, and paid collaborations
• Create and present briefs for campaign approvals and content direction
• Track campaign performance and report actionable insights
• Identify new partnership opportunities that align with brand identity
• Maintain organized systems for campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables
• Assist in overall direction of creative content marketing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer relations, content marketing and/or social media marketing
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Familiarity with fashion, women’s swimwear industry
• Experience with influencer platforms and campaign management tools
