Main purpose of the Account Coordinator role:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level support to the Account Manager and the broader Brand Partnerships team across top-tier brand and sponsorship accounts. The role is highly cross-functional, supporting partnership execution, asset management, and coordination with teams such as Events, Social, Merchandising, and Legal. The position helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensures timely delivery of all partnership components.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed notes during calls
- Assist the Account Manager and Brand Partnerships team in managing deliverables for large-scale partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring timely and accurate execution across internal teams
- Manage communications and day-to-day needs between internal teams and external brands/agencies
- Assist with the collection and routing of marketing assets from external partners, ensuring all materials meet required specs
- Support partnership recaps, reporting decks, invoicing, and other operational needs
- Maintain organized documentation and historical files for partnerships and internal routing
- Conduct research and gather support materials for client projects as directed
- Stay current on marketing trends, influencer activity, competitive landscape, and brand-specific opportunities
- Support gifting suite operations as needed, including product tracking, organizing inventory, and assisting with load-in/load-out
- Willingly jump into special projects and ad-hoc initiatives
Required Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience or internships in brand partnerships, brand marketing, influencer marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Suite, and MS Office
- Comfortable navigating PDF tools (Adobe Acrobat or similar); familiarity with design files is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in presentation tools such as Google Slides and Canva
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fashion, beauty, tech, or consumer goods marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing asset needs
- General understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce concepts
- Experience supporting experiential or event marketing is a plus

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18/hr to $22/hr.
