Overview
MONSE is seeking a culturally fluent, detail-driven PR & Social Media Coordinator to support the brand’s daily presence across social media, press, and brand communications. This role sits at the intersection of culture and content, amplifying MONSE’s voice in real time while ensuring precision behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually attuned, and deeply engaged with fashion, media, and digital culture.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Draft, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Maintain and update weekly content calendars
- Pull quantitative and qualitative insights for weekly social and media recaps
- Monitor cultural and platform trends and proactively pitch concepts aligned with MONSE’s brand pillars
- Manage digital filing systems, including image archives and content tagging
PR & Communications
- Maintain press, influencer, and VIP contact lists
- Coordinate sample trafficking, including pulls, returns, and showroom logistics
- Assist with press notes, briefing documents, and research support
- Track media placements and compile weekly PR clippings
- Support influencer gifting, collaborations, and campaign deliverables
Events & Production Support
- Assist on-site at shoots, runway shows, previews, and brand events
- Coordinate guest lists, VIP dressing documents, and event logistics
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, PR, and brand marketing, preferably within fashion or luxury
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of tone and detail
- Strong fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and social analytics tools, including native platform insights
- Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms
- Proficient in PR databases and media monitoring tools
- Advanced in Google Drive and Dropbox, with strong organizational systems
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
