Influencer Talent Booker

Our client, a sports/media company, is looking for a Talent Booker on a freelance basis, ASAP!

This role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite in Downtown Brooklyn)

Responsibilities

• Identify and book influencers, creators, athletes, musicians, and other talent for live events, shows, and digital content
• Work directly with talent agents, managers, and representatives to negotiate terms and secure bookings
• Source talent aligned with brand, audience, and content goals
• Manage contracts, availability, and booking logistics from outreach through execution
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure talent is integrated seamlessly into programming and content
• Maintain organized records of talent outreach, negotiations, and confirmations

Qualifications

• Proven experience booking talent, influencers, or creators for events, media, or branded content
• Strong relationships with talent agents and managers, or demonstrated experience working with representation
• Background in influencer marketing, social-first media, sports, or entertainment preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines simultaneously
• Highly operational, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Existing talent rolodex a plus, but not required
