Hello There Collective is looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to lead the creative and operational execution of our influencer programs. This role sits at the center of strategy and delivery—ensuring the right creators are sourced, briefs are sharp and inspiring, and content meets our high creative standard.

ABOUT YOU:

You have deep beauty industry experience working with aesthetic-forward, "it-girl" brands like ILIA, Koas, Rhode, Huda Beauty, Tower 28, and MERIT Beauty . You understand the elevated, effortless vibe these brands embody and know how to source and brief creators who authentically fit that world. You have impeccable taste, a sharp eye for emerging talent, and the operational rigor to manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Campaign Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of influencer programs, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless delivery
  • Review and approve all creator shortlists, briefs, and content before client submission
  • Manage pacing, deadlines, and quality across all active campaigns
  • Serve as first point of escalation for campaign or creator issues

Team Development

  • Manage and mentor Influencer Coordinators, providing structured feedback and coaching
  • Elevate the team's creative judgment, sourcing quality, and professionalism
  • Build a culture of attention to detail and creative excellence

Sourcing & Strategy

  • Review all creator rosters to ensure brand fit, aesthetic alignment, and performance potential
  • Balance diversity, authenticity, platform relevance, and budget across all programs
  • Stay ahead of trends and emerging talent in the beauty and lifestyle influencer space

Content & Quality Control

  • Lead the internal content review process—from first pass to final approval
  • Evaluate all deliverables for creative quality, brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and FTC compliance
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators and Coordinators

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary client-facing lead for influencer program updates and performance check-ins
  • Partner with Account, Social, and Creative Directors to keep campaigns aligned with broader brand storytelling
  • Join client calls and present program insights with confidence and clarity

Reporting & Insights

  • Oversee tracking and QA of influencer metrics (views, engagement, EMV, conversions)
  • Identify top-performing creators and insights to inform future strategy
  • Support post-campaign reporting with analysis and narrative framing

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3–5 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally at an agency or with premium beauty brands
  • Proven ability to source, brief, and manage creators for aesthetic-driven, aspirational brands
  • Strong creative eye and the ability to evaluate content quality at a high level
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Confident client communication and presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape and emerging platforms
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
