Affiliate Partnerhips Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

*Must have a minimum of one year of experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing OR relevant internships/entry-level experience

Manage daily workflows and communication support for the Creator Program

  • Manage day-to-day email correspondence with affiliate and ambassador partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Process inbound applications, manage approvals, and maintain accurate records for partner tracking.
  • Assist with affiliate onboarding/potential troubleshooting, by ensuring new partners have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate activity, tracking campaign deliverables, commission details and overall program health.

Build and expand the Ambassador Program and recruitment pipeline

  • Own day-to-day management of the Ambassador Program, driving engagement and growth initiatives
  • Support recruitment efforts, from researching new creators to handling outreach and application follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Affiliate Partnerships Manager to develop new initiatives that motivate ambassadors and drive conversions

Requirements

When we consider the ideal candidate for this role, these are the top qualities that come to mind:

  • 1+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, partnerships, or related marketing roles (internships or coordinator roles count).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at managing multiple moving pieces at once.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand’s voice in partner emails.
  • Excited to own projects like the ambassador program while learning and growing in affiliate program management.
  • Comfortable working in platforms such as CreatorIQ, TikTok Shop, AWIN or other affiliate/creator tools (experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential).
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset — someone who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
