Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations and Creator Support Associate to streamline our daily administrative functions, manage our creator/influencer program, and completely own our primary customer service inbox. This role is essential for improving internal efficiency and enhancing external engagement.
Responsibilities I. Customer Support Management (ReAmaze Inbox)
- Manage, triage, and delegate incoming customer tickets and tasks entirely.
- Escalate complex tickets or tasks to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the entire customer lifecycle to provide informed support.
- Handle all customer inquiries, including updating subscription details and managing customer orders within Shopify.
- Maintain accurate and effective customer notes that are clear for team reference.
- Regularly review and update customer reply templates to maximize efficiency and service quality.
II. Creator and Influencer Management
- Conduct research and outreach to identify and recruit new content creators.
- Coordinate getting product to creators (logistics and fulfillment).
- Monitor social media channels and platforms for new posts and compliance.
- Organize and manage content assets received from creators.
III. Administrative and Operational Support ("Click Work")
- Handle any and all manual data entry or "click work" required within Shopify.
- Organize and maintain company files and digital documentation.
- Execute any other manual organizational tasks that arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of varied tasks effectively.
- Strong written communication skills for managing customer templates and creator outreach.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify).
- Experience or strong interest in customer service management and creator/influencer relations.
