As a Senior Account Executive, you have the chance to be part of a growing team driven by a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit. We believe a passionate, motivated team is the cornerstone of happy clients and boundless creativity. Our NYC office is growing and we’re actively searching for a candidate to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

A Senior Account Executive is responsible for aiding in managing client teams and programs. The candidate must display an in-depth understanding of consumer and brand communications, social media and influencer marketing. As part of this role, the candidate will:

  • Work with senior team members in the agency to nurture strong client partnerships
  • Write and edit strategic communications materials
  • Prioritize multiple demands in a deadline-sensitive environment
  • Maintain an understanding of the evolving media landscape (traditional and online)
  • Influencer/Social experience required

Skills & Experience

  • Background – 3 to 4 years of communications experience in an agency or corporation. Agency experience preferred
  • Strategic thinker – Creative and analytical in gathering information about clients’ industries and business. Can effectively apply what’s 'known' toward measurable and effective communications strategies that generate desired results, and grow client relationships
  • Strong writer – Capable of delivering effective and creatively written products for clients, including media materials and social content
  • Strong pitching skills – Develops compelling and creative pitch angles tailored to individual journalists' preferences
  • Social media/Influencer savvy – Understands various social media platforms and their applications, and proactively seeks to learn and apply new approaches in social and influencer marketing.
  • Manage campaign tactics – Successfully manages multiple tactics within a campaign with increasing independence and a proactive, deadline-driven approach.
  • Quality control – Pays close attention to detail, content, and formatting, ensuring outputs are of the best possible standard
  • Team player – Who understands the importance of advanced planning, well-designed processes and measurement as tools to help optimize the long term success of group and team activities
  • Professional and ethical – While upholding our values of quality, integrity, respect and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong technology skills – Capable of leveraging all relevant technologies such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Understanding of content marketing and social media
  • AI Fluency – Builds upon basic AI knowledge and explores more advanced concepts, such as different types of machine learning, natural language processing techniques, and the potential of computer vision in PR.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000-77,000 annually depending on experience.
