About the Role:

Campaign Managers are the engine behind the execution of our agency’s creator-led campaigns. You will manage relationships with creators, oversee campaign logistics, and ensure timely and successful campaign delivery that aligns with client goals.

We are looking for someone confident, creative and experienced in creator-led campaign management. You’ll need to be a fast learner and ready to jump right into managing campaigns for exciting brands. Due to our start up culture, you may have the opportunity to explore other areas of the business, such as social media or community management depending on your skills, experience and interests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and current trends, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
  • Influencer Onboarding: Source and onboard suitable influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Community Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers/ our app users.
  • Content Briefing: Write and deliver clear and exciting campaign briefs that encourage our creators to produce high-level, authentic content.
  • Campaign Execution: Use our management portal to coordinate and run influencer campaigns, including the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing paid media spend to achieve excellent results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, providing thought leadership within the company.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok platforms (Snapchat preferable)
  • 1+ years in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with managing TikTok and Instagram social media campaigns.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and influencer marketing.
  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills. Proficient with Google Slides, Sheets & Docs.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and performance reporting
  • Strong time management skills.
  • (Preferable) Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager
  • (Preferable) Knowledge of Adobe and or Canva
