With growing demand in the United States, we’re excited to open a new office in Providence, RI – and we’re looking for a capable and creative marketing professional to help grow our brand across the American market.

About the role:

As our Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll drive and deliver the marketing activity across the U.S., working closely with our USA Customer Relationship/Office Manager and collaborating daily with the UK Marketing team. You’ll play a key role in growing our brand presence, supporting campaigns, creating compelling content to tell our brand story and grow our digital audiences, coordinating events and PR, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations.

Preferably, you will be located near Providence, RI 02903 to support with the new office set up and work closely with the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Content (in collaboration with UK team)

  • Campaign planning and delivery in line with the UK team
  • Ideating and creating creative ‘on-brand’ social content to strengthen our brand story in the US
  • Coordinate glasshouse case studies to raise awareness, including organising photoshoots and gathering customer stories
  • Identify collaboration and influencer opportunities
  • Seek out opportunities to grow our network of brand advocates
  • Nurture relationships with key media / press and pitch campaign related stories to key media

Marketing Operations

  • Provide enquiry management support to the USA Customer Relationship/Office Manager
  • Oversee literature stock management, identifying replenishment needs
  • Carry out reporting and performance tracking for marketing activities

Events

  • Support U.S. events: researching opportunities, handling administration, logistics, attending events, coordinating communications, promotion, and guest list management
  • Provide support for network meetings, helping maintain and strengthen relationships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing or communications experience (desirable)
  • Experience or strong interest in the luxury or horticultural markets in the U.S.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Comfortable with budget management and performance tracking
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
