Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Athlete Partnerships Coordinator to join our dynamic partnerships team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all existing and future athlete partnerships, including developing campaigns to market the partnerships across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, external affiliates, and key stakeholders. This role will also include scheduling and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless contract execution.
The Athlete Partnerships Coordinator will be crucial in ensuring contracts are fulfilled to 100% accuracy and finding ways to expand the partnership. This role will have the opportunity to directly impact the success of the partnership team while working in a supportive, dynamic environment. What You’ll Do Partner Contract Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of athlete partnerships across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, content, events, etc.) to develop and implement effective partnership marketing projects, and schedules.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and talent to ensure contract goals and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project timelines, manage resources, and troubleshoot issues that may arise throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Internal & External Collaboration
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agents, talent, and third-party partners to align on campaign goals and expectations.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and any potential obstacles.
Talent Management
- Work with the talent’s team to ensure content creation aligns with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Help manage content for approvals by talent team management and ensure all assets are fulfilled correctly.
- Oversee all relationships with agencies, talent, and affiliations of the talent.
- Track and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for talent and company.
Scheduling & Administrative Tasks
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met for each campaign.
- Coordinate meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared for discussions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including document preparation, filing, and managing project-related correspondence.
- Keep track of meeting notes and action items to ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with the scheduling and organization of team meetings, presentations, and other partnership-related events.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and report on the progress of partnership projects, providing regular updates to management.
- Analyze campaign performance data and suggest improvements to optimize results.
- Create post-campaign reports and present overall project success.
Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in managing project budgets and timelines to ensure that all marketing activities are executed within financial guidelines.
- Ensure resources (including human and technical) are appropriately allocated for successful project execution.

Qualifications What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sports marketing, influencer management and/or project management, with a focus on sports partnerships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can execute, pivot, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and basic knowledge of social media analytics.
- Experience handling scheduling and administrative duties related to products and project management.
- Up to date on current trending athletes and happenings in the sports industry.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
