About the Role:

Harmless Harvest is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid media and creative strategies that drive household penetration, efficient online customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth. Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital & Growth Marketing, you’ll manage significant budget, collaborate across teams, and play a critical role in accelerating brand growth.

As a key player in our omnichannel strategy, you’ll use paid media to build awareness, drive trial, and accelerate velocity across national retail partners and fuel direct to consumer (DTC) performance.

What you’ll be doing:

Media & Growth

  • Lead the day-to-day management of our external media agencies ensuring execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
  • Own annual + quarterly strategy, goals, and budget allocations and provide clear guidance to the agency on pacing, optimizations, and performance priorities
  • Review, challenge, and refine agency recommendations ensuring all media plans, optimizations and creative testing ladder up to efficiency and growth targets (reach and frequency, engagement, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value and ROAS)
  • Drive a structured test and learn agenda with the agency to improve targeting, creative, bidding and channel mix, maximizing measurable business impact

Creative Strategy & Experimentation

  • Lead the creative briefing process for DTC paid media, translating insights, performance data, and brand priorities into clear creative direction for agency partners, creators, and internal design team
  • Collaborate closely with brand awareness agency and internal teams to ensure briefs align with full-funnel strategy and deliver cohesive, high-impact creative.
  • Build a performance-focused creative roadmap that outlines priority concepts, messaging angles, visual directions, and formats to test and scale across paid media channels
  • Partner with design and influencer teams to analyze creative performance, iterate on learnings, and scale top-performing content

Analytics & Insights

  • Own performance reporting and analytics, translating customer, channel, and campaign data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with agency and internal teams to execute media mix modeling and incrementality tests that quantify marketing’s financial impact and inform smarter investment decisions
  • Enable unified measurement by centralizing analytics across agencies and platforms, supporting the buildout of dashboards that enable faster, data-driven decision-making

Website, Email & Retention

  • Partner with Associate Director, Digital & Growth to analyze site performance, optimize landing pages effectiveness, conversion drivers, and overall shopping experience
  • Share insights on traffic quality, user behavior, funnel friction, and checkout barriers, informing tests that improve conversion and retention
  • Collaborate with agency partners to acquire high-quality email and SMS leads and drive engagement, repeat purchase and revenue growth

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital, brand, creative, and influencer teams to align strategy and ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels
  • Serve as connective tissue between media, creative, and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and collaboration that maximize efficiency and omnichannel growth
  • Share insights proactively across teams, influencing business decisions and strengthening our paid media and creative engine

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience required; (CPG and direct to consumer experience preferred)
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta and TikTok (Bonus for experience with Google Ads)
  • Integrated media planning experience a plus (affiliate, programmatic, connected TV, online video, streaming audio/radio, and traditional channels)
  • Proven track record in scaling growth through a creative first approach
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify and reporting tools
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable managing up, down and across teams
