Jlorraine is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Fashion Brand Operations Manager & Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s operational strategies and elevate our social media presence. This role combines the responsibilities of managing day-to-day business operations with developing innovative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media operations using tools like Airtable, ensuring consistent posting schedules and active community management.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Canva) for designing visuals that align with branding guidelines.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Monitor social listening tools and web analytics (Google Analytics, Web analytics) to analyze campaign performance and audience insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee branding initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and public relations partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate e-commerce activities including product launches, promotional campaigns, and online sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media innovations, and fashion industry developments to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
  • Maintain operational standards and workflows
  • Ensure all packing supplies, shipping materials, and office supplies are stocked and reordered on time
  • Create Shipping Labels via Shopify at a fast pace
  • Coordinate Post Office / FedEx / USPS drop-offs and shipping logistics
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Ensure SOPs are followed across departments
  • Act as an accountability partner for staff and workflows

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Shopify, Excel, Airtable, SEO
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and social listening tools.
  • Experience with social media management platforms
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics aligned with branding standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights for campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills for public relations activities and relationship management.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
