We are looking for a Talent Relations Manager to oversee talent relationships, contracts, retention, and the overall creator experience. This role is ideal for someone who is both relationship-driven and operationally strong, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations, contracts, and long-term talent strategy.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Talent Relations & Retention

• Serve as a primary point of contact for signed talent
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators
• Proactively work to maintain low turnover and high talent satisfaction
• Conduct regular check-ins and calls to support talent growth and address concerns
• Own creator experience initiatives, including birthdays, gifting, and thoughtful touchpoints

Contracts & Lifecycle Management

• Manage new talent contracts from offer through execution
• Track contract terms, renewal dates, and re-sign timelines
• Handle termination agreements and offboarding processes with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain accurate contract records and DocuSign workflows

Operations & Internal Tracking

• Maintain internal tracking for talent status, contracts, renewals, and key milestones
• Ensure talent information is accurate across internal systems and pitch decks
• Update talent materials and pitch decks as needed
• Flag risks, retention concerns, or contract issues early

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with leadership, talent managers, and operations
• Support roster planning and long-term talent strategy
• Help improve systems, workflows, and internal processes as the company scales

Who We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or entertainment
• Comfortable handling contracts, sensitive situations, and confidential information
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication skills
