Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Elemental is a California based drinkware company creating modern, high quality products designed for everyday life. As we continue to grow our brand, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our social media and marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone fun, energetic, and creative who enjoys creating videos, posting on social media, and engaging with content in a natural and confident way.

What you will do

• Create videos and post content across social media platforms
• Appear on camera when needed with a fun, bubbly, and confident presence
• Assist with planning and scheduling social media content
• Support the marketing team with campaigns and product launches
• Take photos and short videos for social media and marketing use
• Coordinate with creators and influencers and help manage UGC content
• Support Tiktok content and live sessions when needed
• Help maintain brand voice and visual consistency
• Assist with general marketing tasks as needed

What we are looking for

• Comfortable creating and posting video content on social media
• Fun, bubbly, and vocal personality
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and proactive
• Willing to learn and grow with the team

Nice to have

• Camera skills and basic filming experience
• Experience with Tiktok and short form video editing
• Interest in lifestyle, drinkware, or apparel brands

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
