About the Role

A.Watts Collective is seeking an Influencer Manager to lead influencer strategy, outreach, and campaign execution across client accounts. This role begins as a contract to hire position, starting as a 1099 independent contractor, with the intention of transitioning to a full-time W2 role based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

This role focuses on building strong creator relationships, ensuring content aligns with client goals, and maximizing engagement across social platforms. The Influencer Manager collaborates closely with social media, PR, creative, and account teams to execute cohesive campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy

• Develop influencer strategies aligned with client campaigns, brand goals, and target audiences.
• Identify, vet, and evaluate influencers across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Create influencer briefs, content guidelines, deliverables, and timelines.

Outreach & Relationship Management

• Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and influencer agencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout campaigns.

Campaign Execution

• Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and usage rights.
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
• Support on-site activations, media days, launches, and live events with influencer coordination.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor influencer content performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Compile campaign reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
• Use performance data to optimize current and future influencer strategies.

Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with social media, PR, creative, and account teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing and PR campaigns.
• Provide regular campaign updates to leadership and ensure timelines are met.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, PR, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with influencer management tools such as Tagger, Sprout Social, or similar platforms preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Contract Details (Initial Phase)

• Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: 30-40 hours a week
• Compensation: $30/hour
• Location: Hybrid
• Office Location: Parker, Colorado
• Travel: In-state and out-of-state travel may be required for client activations and events
• Expected Start Date: February 2026

Conversion to Full-Time W2 (Upon Hire)

Upon successful completion of the contract period, this role is expected to transition into a full-time W2 position.

Contractor Classification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
