Social Media and Retail Manager
The Social Media and Retail Manager will oversee all of our digital marketing efforts along with our in house Retail. The role will focus on building the restaurant’s online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to both our social media platforms and our physical location. It will also involve finding new inventory for the retail shelves and replacing underperforming retail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. - Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories) that reflects our brand’s voice and food offerings.
- Actively monitor, engage, and respond to followers, messages, and comments to build relationships with the online community.
- Collaborate with local influencers, bloggers, and food critics to create partnerships that amplify brand reach.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, special events, menu updates, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure all social media content aligns with the restaurant’s brand identity, tone, and visual aesthetics.
- Stay up to date with current trends in social media, digital marketing, and the food industry to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience with social media tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later).
- Excellent photography, video editing, and graphic design skills ( Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food, dining, and creating unique customer experiences.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
Work Location: In person
