Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a TikTok Specialist. The TikTok Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging and trend-aware video content, managing Bella Grace Global's TikTok presence, analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy, and identifying new trends and opportunities on the platform. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand messaging and goals while actively engaging with the TikTok community to grow the account and improve reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video creation, editing, and storytelling for TikTok along with expertise in identifying platform trends.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content development, and audience engagement specific to TikTok.
• Proficiency in data analysis, metrics tracking, and using insights to optimize performance.
• Ability to collaborate with teams across marketing, design, and strategy to maintain brand alignment.
• Experience in influencer marketing and partnership strategies is a bonus.
• Creative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with TikTok's algorithm are advantageous.
