As a key player in our growth strategy, you will leverage your expertise in sales techniques, CRM software, and technology sales to expand our client base and enhance brand visibility.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting new business opportunities within the fitness industry.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
• Conduct outside and inside sales activities, including cold calling, first time workouts, and direct sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software like club ready to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Engage in management by planning visits and outreach efforts to maximize market coverage.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while upselling additional services or products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies that align with sales objectives.
• Present FTW demonstrations that highlight features and benefits tailored to client needs.

Experience

• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities for engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience in marketing strategies related to business development and brand promotion is preferred.
• Ability to perform first time work outs effectively while upselling additional services or products.
• Must be able to attend events during the week and weekends

• 9Round Kickboxing Fitness is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our studio through lead generation, community partnerships, and in-studio sales.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, representing a brand in the community, and turning conversations into memberships.
• You will be the face of our marketing efforts both inside and outside the studio.
• Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Lead Generation Generate and follow up with leads (calls, texts, emails, walk-ins)
• Convert prospects into memberships through consultations and first-time workouts
• Track leads and results in our CRM system Marketing & Community Outreach Attend and represent 9Round at local events, pop-ups, and campaigns
• Build partnerships with local businesses, vendors, schools, and organizations
• Coordinate blogger, influencer, and first-time workout visits Assist with referral programs, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Brand & Studio Support Promote studio offerings, challenges, and events Support in-studio marketing initiatives and member engagement
• Qualifications
• Strong communication and people skills Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, retail, hospitality, or services)
• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and in-person selling
• Social media, marketing, or community outreach experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Available evenings and occasional weekends for events
