Aria Smile Design is a premier cosmetic dental clinic based in Miami, known for delivering stunning, natural-looking smile transformations. We specialize in veneers, full mouth reconstructions, and digital smile design. We're looking for a confident, charismatic, and camera-friendly Brand Ambassador to help us reach a broader audience and engage with potential clients on a human level.

Position Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the image, voice, and values of Avana Smile Design across social media platforms and in-clinic. Your mission is to create high-quality content, drive live engagement, and connect emotionally with potential patients—building trust, interest, and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live social media sessions (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) 3–5 times per week featuring treatments, staff interviews, testimonials, Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes.
• Record short-form videos and reels showcasing dental cases, transformations, and client journeys.
• Work closely with the content, videography, and clinical teams to align messaging with the brand's values.
• Respond to comments and messages on posts or lives when necessary to build community and engagement.
• Participate in marketing strategy sessions and offer feedback based on audience interaction.
• Attend in-person events or clinical filming sessions, especially with VIP clients or influencers.
• Maintain a polished, trustworthy, and professional image on camera and in person.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador, content creator, or influencer in aesthetics, health, beauty, or dental/medical sectors.
• Comfortable on camera and skilled at public speaking or live hosting.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) to serve our multicultural audience.
• High level of personal presentation, energy, and emotional intelligence.
• Must be able to generate 20–30 hours per week of combined content and live streaming.

Nice to Have:

• Background in sales, digital marketing, or patient coordination.
• Experience using video editing tools or working with content teams.
• Familiarity with digital smile design concepts or cosmetic dental terminology.
