Job Description
Buzz’d Express Coffee is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and operate all digital content and social media efforts for our brand exclusively. This role is ideal for someone who excels at short-form video creation, understands modern social media platforms deeply, and can balance creativity with execution and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
- Create and publish a minimum of 2 short-form videos per day
- Film in-store weekly to capture original content
- Edit and repurpose content across platforms
- Write captions, email copy, SMS messages, and push notifications
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar
Social Media Management
- Manage TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards
- Respond to comments and direct messages
- Monitor trends and platform updates
Analytics & Reporting
- Track reach, engagement, growth, and conversions
- Provide performance summaries and insights
Marketing Support
- Support product launches and promotions
- Assist with paid advertising when needed
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Work exclusively with Buzz’d
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating short-form video content
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Must film on-site weekly
- Must use personal smartphone for content creation
