Who We Are
Solid State is one of the West Coast’s fastest-growing marketing and PR agencies - representing 40+ restaurants, nightlife concepts, and lifestyle brands from SoCal to Boise to Tokyo Japan.
We’re expanding our leadership team and looking for a strategic Operations Manager who can lead key accounts, manage and develop our team, and continuously improve internal systems as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, team execution, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead select flagship hospitality and lifestyle accounts, serving as the primary client point of contact
- Oversee execution across social media, PR, influencer, and creative campaigns
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple teams and clients
- Review, refine, and approve client-facing deliverables before release
- Track performance metrics and reporting to ensure accountability and results
- Build, optimize, and document internal workflows, systems, and processes
- Support leadership with onboarding, internal communication, and scaling initiatives
- Mentor and manage account managers, creatives, and contractors
- Act as a bridge between strategy, execution, and operations to keep accounts running smoothly

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or creative agency environments
- Proven experience managing people, accounts, and cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and influencer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Slack, Loomly, Google Workspace (or similar)
- Hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred
