As the curator of our brand’s social channels, you will shape our online presence, ensuring it reflects the elegance, style, and sophistication synonymous with our brand.  

In this Social Media Marketing role, you’ll collaborate closely within a dynamic team, working effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your efforts will build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to profitable growth by aligning innovative marketing strategies with consumer desires.   

We are seeking an exceptional Social Media Manager and Content Creator to thoughtfully craft our digital presence. You will develop a cohesive, elevated brand identity across all platforms, ensuring every interaction reflects our luxury aesthetic and meets our strategic marketing goals.  

This role demands a deep understanding of emerging digital trends, strong creative and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with finesse. Your ultimate goal is to orchestrate our social media channels for maximum engagement, driving both web traffic and brand loyalty.  

Key Responsibilities

 

 Lead Social Media Strategy & Execution:  

  • Implement social media strategies that aligns with monthly goals & business objectives & embodies a sophisticated luxury brand voice.
  • Report on given performance goals and KPIs, with ongoing analysis and reporting of ROI for campaigns and strategies.

Platform Management & Content Creation: 

  • Manage the daily operations of all social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, external newsletters, Emails, blog, and more.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (text, photos, videos) that reflects originality, style, and a touch of luxury.

 

Brand Presence & Audience Engagement:  

  • Maintain a visually consistent and polished design across all channels (e.g., profile pictures, timelines, blog layouts).
  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to audience inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury essence of the brand.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to address concerns while fostering a positive brand community.

Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with teams across Design, eCommerce, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upscale events, promotions, and new features to further develop brand awareness and engagement.

Trend Awareness & Innovation: 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and social media innovations, especially in the luxury and design sectors.
  • Continuously explore ways to elevate the brand’s presence, proposing creative solutions to meet evolving audience preferences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience

in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within a luxury, lifestyle, or design-focused brand.

  • Proven expertise in managing and growing social media platforms, including

Instagram, Pinterest

, and other relevant channels.

  • Strong understanding of

Brand Partnerships, Affiliate Relationships, Pinterest, Photography, Instagram Paid Ads, Affiliate Marketing

.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express brand values and aesthetics effectively.
  • Proficiency with design tools and applications, such as

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

,

Shopify, Ambassador Programs, Klaviyo

or other content creation tools.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for staying current with digital trends and luxury marketing strategies.
  • Passion for storytelling, visual marketing, and emerging trends in the digital space.
  • Role is IN PERSON and being in office is

required

. Office is located in Barrington IL right next to a Metra station.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience

in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within a luxury, lifestyle, or design-focused brand.

  • 2+ years

of experience in

Influencer Marketing Management.

  • Professional photography experience.
  • Studio Designer application knowledge is a plus.
