About the Role:

We are hiring for one of our clients - an industry leading independent marketing and media company specializing in data-driven and AI-powered solutions. They are seeking a high-performing Vice President -

Media Sales

to drive net-new business acquisition and close strategic, high-value accounts.

This is a senior-level, individual-contributor role where you will own the complete sales cycle, partnering closely with internal strategy, data science, and creative teams to deliver integrated media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead full-cycle sales efforts focused exclusively on net-new business acquisition.

· Identify, qualify, pitch, and close complex media deals valued at $500K+.

· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, integrated proposals spanning performance media, social, influencer, and AI-powered solutions.

· Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across priority verticals.

Qualifications:

· 7+ years in sales or business development roles, including 5+ years in agency or media sales.

· Proven track record of achieving $1M+ in annual new-business sales quotas.

· Experience closing large-scale media deals ($500K+ SOWs).

· Strong understanding of paid/organic media, social, influencer, and integrated campaign ecosystems.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and C-suite presentation skills.

· Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365.
