Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite; incorporate branding guidelines into all visual content.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners through effective public relations strategies.
  • Oversee branding initiatives across digital channels; ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce promotions, product launches, and special events to amplify marketing efforts.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media marketing management across multiple platforms with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research tools, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to track brand sentiment and industry trends effectively.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
  • Excellent content creation skills with an eye for compelling storytelling through visuals and written communication.
  • Ability to develop strategic branding initiatives that enhance brand recognition across digital channels.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with media outlets, influencers, and internal teams.
