Overview
Better Life Technology is seeking a highly creative, hands-on Social Media and Digital Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence across multiple brands and audiences. This role is responsible for producing video and static content, managing multi-brand social media channels, supporting email and digital advertising, and driving both B2B and B2C engagement.

It is ideal for a self-starter who will help evolve and expand social and digital programs and develop content that drives awareness across both B2B and B2C audiences, supports retail, distributor, and reseller partners, and influences purchasing behavior online and in-store.

This role will play a key part in strengthening brand visibility, supporting retail and partner initiatives, and driving measurable engagement across digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Strategy & Creation (Concept to Post):

  • Build and manage platform-specific social media content calendars across all brands and audiences (B2B and B2C), ensuring they align with the broader marketing calendar and segment priorities.
  • Concept, film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos, demos, and digital visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to develop branded graphics and digital assets; provide direction and assist in producing supplemental visuals as needed.
  • Help produce versatile content bundles (videos, tutorials, unboxings) that influencers, resellers, and retailers can easily use to showcase products and drive purchasing across major online and in-store retailers.
  • Apply SEO best practices across social content, digital assets, and linking to support traffic growth and long-term website visibility.
  • Uphold consistent brand voice and messaging while building a positive, engaged community.

Social Media, Influencers & Digital Channel Management:

  • Manage posting, engagement, and channel growth across key platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and Reddit, with opportunities to expand into TikTok.
  • Support SEO best practices across social content, digital assets, and linking to drive traffic growth and long-term website visibility.
  • Support and help grow an influencer and creator program to generate user-generated content, support retail initiatives, and expand brand reach.
  • Tailor content and messaging across multiple brand segments (G-Floor®, G-Floor Sport, G-Floor Outdoor and Marine, G-Floor Graphic®, Drip & Dry™, etc.) while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain an active, positive presence across all platforms.

Email, Digital Advertising & Reporting:

  • Assist in developing and sending B2B and B2C marketing emails using HubSpot and Klaviyo.
  • Help create supporting content and assets for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in building and managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit Ads.
  • Track and report on performance for social posts, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, etc.) to measure performance and provide actionable insights.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Technical Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on social media and digital content creation experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing social media for brands across B2B and/or B2C audiences.
  • Portfolio required showing video shooting/editing, examples of social posts, and a few campaigns the candidate has managed.
  • Comfortable working across major digital platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and Reddit (TikTok familiarity a plus).
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy, link-building best practices, and how social content impacts organic search.
  • Experience supporting or managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit Ads; experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
  • Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar scheduling / publishing / reporting platforms.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics; GA certification or willingness to obtain it preferred.

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time, onsite position based in Lenexa, Kansas. Remote work is not available for this role.
  • 40 hours per week

  • Compensation is based on experience and skill level within the posted range.
