Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Localization & Positioning
Localize brand positioning for the assigned market by adapting China-based marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to align with local consumer behavior, culture, and market trends.
- Pre-opening: Drive awareness and customer acquisition through social media campaigns and local community engagement.
- Opening period: Deliver high-impact launch campaigns, including KOL collaborations and limited-time promotional offers.
- Post-opening: Manage monthly themed campaigns and ongoing promotional activities to sustain traffic and sales.
- Digital Traffic & Conversion Growth
Manage and grow official social media accounts, overseeing content planning, creation, and publishing. Execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (e.g., TikTok and other platforms), monitor performance metrics, and continuously optimize promotional strategies based on data insights.
- Local Resource & Partner Management
Develop and manage relationships with local vendors and partners, including printing suppliers, KOLs, and media outlets. Coordinate the production and in-store delivery of marketing materials and support media placements and promotional exposure.
- Public Sentiment & Reputation Management
Monitor online reviews and public sentiment, respond promptly to negative feedback, and proactively manage potential reputational risks, ensuring culturally appropriate communication and brand protection.
Professional Skills:
- Experience & Background
Minimum of 2+ years of brand marketing or marketing planning experience in the FMCG, food & beverage, or tea beverage industry. Experience supporting Chinese brands expanding into overseas markets is highly preferred. A relevant academic background will be considered an advantage.
- Localization & Regional Expertise
Proven experience in brand localization projects, with independent marketing or campaign planning cases for the Americas market. Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio. Strong familiarity with local mainstream media channels, key seasonal or holiday marketing moments, and consumer preferences (e.g., Latin American community-driven culture) is required.
- Content Creation & Creative Skills
Strong content creation capabilities, including advertising copywriting and creative brief development in the local language. Proficiency in basic creative tools such as Photoshop and PowerPoint is required.
- Channel & Integrated Marketing Expertise
Hands-on experience in channel planning and integrated marketing execution, with deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), offline activations, and KOL/influencer collaborations, including strategy design and campaign operations.
Language Requirement:
Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written forms.
