Role Summary The Director of Coach-Led Growth is responsible for transforming FASTer Way's coach force into a high-performing, high-consistency, revenue-driving distribution channel. This leader activates, equips, and amplifies coaches to drive predictable lead generation, new client enrollment, VIP upgrades, and consumables adoption. This role is central to FASTer Way's next phase of scale, creating clarity, building systems, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities Build & Lead the Coach-Led Growth Engine Create a predictable, measurable system for coach-driven lead generation and conversions.
Develop monthly/quarterly coach growth playbooks.
Architect coach-led execution for launches, hero product campaigns, and new client programs.
Build segmentation targeting top performers, rising stars, and dormant coaches.
Set performance standards for engagement and productivity.
Amplify Coach Organic Lead Generation Develop a weekly organic lead generation framework.
Create social selling templates and content strategies.
Increase lead volume through prompts, incentives, and challenges.
Align messaging with Marketing.
Improve Coach Conversion Performance Increase NCLP → NC conversion rates.
Optimize referral and ambassador pathways.
Build simple, high-converting funnels for coach use.
Drive Consumables Growth Through Coaches Build a consumables activation strategy.
Equip coaches with assets and incentives.
Partner with Product & Marketing for hero product launches.
Build Systems for Coach Accountability Create a KPI dashboard.
Establish reporting expectations.
Identify and replicate top coach behaviors.
Intervene when coach activity drops.
Coach Training & Activation Lead weekly workshops and trainings on organic lead gen, social selling, conversion, consumables adoption, and retention.
Build coach confidence in storytelling and selling.
Cross-Functional Partnership Align with Marketing, Programming, Product, and Tech to ensure seamless coach workflows and activation.
Leadership & Cultural Influence Serve as a visible, energizing leader coaches trust.
Create momentum, hype, and a performance culture.
Celebrate wins and reinforce mission alignment.

Requirements Must Have 5-10 years in growth, affiliate management, social selling, or grassroots distribution.
Proven ability to mobilize large distributed groups.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and organic content frameworks.
Experience building training, playbooks, and activation systems.
Data-driven mindset with strong KPI ownership.
Leadership presence capable of rallying thousands.
Nice to Have Experience in fitness, wellness, or female-driven brands.
Experience scaling affiliate or sales organizations.
Background in performance marketing or funnels.
Coaching or training experience.
