In this role, the marketing manager will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across the marinas, create and manage social media content, digital marketing, and brand positioning. The ideal person will have a creative vision with operational excellence. They will be proactive, organized, self -motivated, and has a proven track record with hospitality or lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited too::

  • Responsible for the marketing budget;
  • Local Marketing strategy and execution
  • Develop the marketing calendar and brand campaigns
  • Lead the digital and social media strategy
  • Create engaging content, production, engagement, and reporting.
  • Manage all social channels for consistent output and strong community engagement
  • Work with operations to create and execute digital marketing campaigns. Track and report on results
  • Lead CRM activities
  • Identify and liaise with influencers.
  • Manage email marketing, including campaign setup, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis
  • Manage ongoing website updates, third parties, and wider digital platforms updates where necessary
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver and support marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Coordinate with external vendors and media partners to drive impactful coverage and brand visibility
  • Oversee key events and brand activations, ensuring excellence in execution and ROI tracking
  • Report on campaign activities and provide recommendations

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2\-3 years' experience in marketing within hospitality, luxury lifestyle brands
+ Strong understanding of premium and lifestyle brand positioning and customer engagement
+ Proven experience developing and executing local marketing strategies
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously
+ Confident communicator and relationship\-builder across diverse teams and cultures
+ Experience working across different markets; knowledge of local markets and media landscapes
