Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing content creation, and enhancing brand visibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, graphic design, and analytics to drive engagement and growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, managing public relations, and leveraging advertising tools to reach target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage daily social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility and web traffic
  • Monitor social listening channels to gauge audience sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and ROI
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring proofread content quality
  • Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand reputation through public relations efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus
  • Familiarity with social listening tools, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media management applications
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and e-commerce integration
  • Experience in creating compelling content for diverse audiences across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, and public relations strategies
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement metrics

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
