Job Description: Content & Community Manager About the Role We’re looking for a creative and community-driven Content & Community Manager to lead our social presence and deepen our connection with our audience. This role is equal parts content creation, community building, and brand strategy. You’ll manage our social channels, foster authentic relationships with our customers, and bring fresh ideas that keep us at the forefront of cultural and platform trends.

What You’ll Do

  • Social Media Management: Own and manage our social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) — from planning to posting to engagement.
  • Community Building: Cultivate strong, authentic connections with our customers, turning them into active community members and brand advocates.
  • User-Generated Content: Encourage, source, and curate UGC to amplify our brand’s voice and showcase our customers.
  • Trendspotting & Strategy: Stay on top of emerging social trends, formats, and cultural moments to inform creative decisions and brand direction.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Support influencer identification, vetting, briefing, and collaboration to grow reach and credibility.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, engaging brand tone across all touchpoints.
  • Content Production Support: Help drive content creation across all channels by assisting with photoshoots, campaign production, and creative asset development — ensuring brand look and feel stays consistent with our brand book, while also reflecting current trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align social and community efforts with broader brand objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or creator.
  • A strong grasp of social-first storytelling, short-form video, and content creation best practices.
  • Deep understanding of online communities and how to build them authentically.
  • Creative instincts with an eye for trends and cultural relevance.
  • Experience working with influencers or creators (selection, briefing, and relationship management).
  • Photo/video editing skills (basic TikTok/Reels editing, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Experience with social analytics tools.

Salary $90,000-$120,000
