About the job

We are looking for a responsible Digital Marketing Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills is a must. The assistant should be fluent on social media and able to organize large amounts of content. This business is based in affiliate marketing and utilizes platforms like Amazon influencer program, ShopMy and LTK. If you have previous experience and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling posts on multiple social media platforms
  • Scheduling multiple post a day within affiliate link platforms
  • Communicating with team and organizing content
  • Occasional in person days to help with staging content

Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Fluent in social media
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Familiar with Canva
  • Tech Savvy in an every changing industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
