About the job

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team part-time and support the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of email building, light design work, website updates, and keeping projects organized, with a strong eye for design and layout to ensure everything looks polished and on-brand.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and help bring campaigns, launches, and product updates to life across our website, Klaviyo, and social channels, ensuring that all visual and written content is cohesive, engaging, and professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Email + SMS Support
  • Build and format weekly Klaviyo campaigns
  • Assist with SMS setup and scheduling
  • Test, QA, and schedule sends
  • Pull basic campaign performance metrics

Website + Product Updates

  • Upload new products
  • Update pricing, collections, and sale tags
  • Swap homepage banners and creatives
  • Make simple edits to product descriptions

Affiliate, Influencer & Sponsorship Support

  • Respond to incoming affiliate and sponsorship emails
  • Follow up with affiliates and track activity
  • Help write orders to send product to influencers
  • Collect and organize influencer content

Content & Design Help

  • Prep social posts, captions, and graphic assets
  • Resize and format images
  • Assist with product photography or video needs as needed
  • Light design work (Adobe or Canva)

General Marketing Admin

  • Maintain Trello boards and project checklists
  • Track weekly reporting and key numbers
  • Keep an eye out for website issues and flag them to the right team

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (clear, timely, and professional)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in Klaviyo or willing to learn
  • Familiar with Shopify/WooCommerce or eager to pick it up
  • Good grammar, formatting, and content sense
  • Able to follow established processes and checklists

Preferred :

  • experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Canva
  • A self-starter who can manage tasks independently while staying in sync with the team

Hours & Compensation

  • 20 hours per week

Flexible daytime schedule (core collaboration hours preferred)

  • $17-20/hour
  • Opportunity to grow responsibilities over time
