Role Overview:

As a Marketing Intern at Pattern, you’ll join a scrappy, driven team of marketers who are learning-forward and success-oriented. You’ll gain hands-on experience by helping develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to contribute to the company’s marketing efforts while building valuable skills.

What You’ll Do:

Help brainstorm monthly content ideas
Support our Marketing Associate with publishing per our organic social plan
Assist with video post-production
Research, audit, and post on social channels
Help create and update landing pages
Support influencer management
Keep email-partner results updated
Compile and repurpose videos using Opus Clips

Qualifications / Who You Are:

Enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field
Able to work at least 10 hours a week
Must be willing to work on location in office (we do not offer hybrid or remote).
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiar with social media for business and comfortable using basic marketing tools
Able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities/projects, and meet deadlines
Organized, detail-oriented, and curious
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
