Job Overview
Seeking a creative, and strategic thinker passionate about shaping compelling brand stories across digital platforms for a growing medspa. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and marketing initiatives.
**Required customer service experience. Preferred experience in social media management. Role includes front desk operations**
In this role, you will craft engaging content, develop innovative campaigns, and leverage analytics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your expertise will help us connect authentically with our audience, elevate our brand identity, and achieve impactful results through social media marketing and digital strategies.
Responsibilities as Social Media Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; utilize findings to refine marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, graphic design, e-commerce, and web development to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance public relations efforts and expand outreach.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication; ensure high-quality standards are met in every piece of communication.
Responsibilities of Front Desk
- Greet clients, manage check in/check out process
- Answer phone calls, emails, online inquiries
- Confirm and schedule appointments
- Payment processing, membership sales
- Maintain organized lobby/reception area
- Event coordination, promote marketing activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Ability to produce visually appealing graphics
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and editing content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
