Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for campaigns, advertisements, and brand storytelling.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor social listening tools to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
  • Analyze web analytics (Google Analytics) and social media metrics (Web analytics) to assess campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to manage branding initiatives and maintain positive public relations through strategic messaging.
  • Oversee e-commerce related marketing efforts including product promotion and online sales strategies.
  • Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community growth.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and branding alignment before publication.
  • Support the development of branding guidelines that reflect the company's identity across all marketing channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, advertising tools, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience in video editing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms including Facebook Advertising expertise.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, e-commerce marketing tactics, and content creation best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions; familiarity with Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail in proofreading and visual design; experience in photography or multimedia production is advantageous. Pay: $49,712.01 - $59,868.23 per year
