• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma or any other graphic design tools to enhance our brand messaging.
• Manage daily social media postings and monitor engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, media pitches, and manage relationship building with influencers and partners.
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager to boost reach and engagement.
• Contribute to branding initiatives by maintaining cohesive visual identity across all digital channels.
• Support photography and video editing efforts for multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, figma, Canva, (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is highly desirable.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for content accuracy and branding consistency.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
