We work with top bars, restaurants, and major food & beverage brands, leveraging our proprietary gamification platform to create high-energy, culture-driven activations that bring people together through competition, trash talk, and shared experiences. As we scale, our digital presence is just as important as what happens on the ground.
The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist / Coordinator to help shape and execute FoodFight’s digital voice across social, content, and campaigns. This is role is for someone who understands how content, culture, and strategy work together to drive real growth.
You’ll own day-to-day content coordination, help turn live activations into digital moments, and work closely with our team to grow awareness, engagement, and platform adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, email, and other digital channels
- Manage and maintain a content calendar aligned with live sports moments, campaigns, and activations
- Architect and shape FoodFight’s competitive, social, and playful brand voice
- Research trends, creators, sports moments, and cultural insights to inform content and campaign ideas
- Collaborate with field teams to repurpose real-world activations into digital content
- Track content and campaign performance and share insights to improve engagement and growth
- Support special projects such as influencer outreach, campaign launches, landing pages, or email initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding and fluency of social media, content strategy, and digital storytelling
- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp, fun, on-brand tone
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with minimal supervision
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and content planning platforms
- Passion for sports, food & beverage culture, media, and entertainment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience managing or creating content for a brand or creator account
- TikTok and Instagram content creation or strategy experience
- Experience working with consumer brands, live events, nightlife, or sports
- Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or lightweight design tools
- Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns
