Creator Outreach & Negotiations Coordinator (TikTok + CreatorCore)

Job description

We’re looking for a fast, efficient, and detail-oriented coordinator to help manage and scale our TikTok creator outreach and music promotion campaigns. You’ll identify creators who meet our criteria, negotiate rates based on our guidelines, coordinate payments through CreatorCore, and maintain strong working relationships with creators on behalf of our company.

This role requires excellent judgment, high output, and the ability to manage a large volume of conversations while tracking everything accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identify TikTok creators that match our specific criteria

• Conduct high-volume outreach using our company email, Instagram, or TikTok accounts

• Negotiate creator rates within our approved guidelines and maintain strong CPM performance

• Coordinate and distribute payments through CreatorCore

• Track all conversations, deals, payments, and performance in a spreadsheet

• Maintain clear communication and build ongoing relationships with creators

• Work efficiently and consistently at a high volume

• Experience with creator outreach, influencer marketing, or social media coordination

• Strong negotiation skills and comfort handling many conversations simultaneously

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to follow strict creator-selection criteria

• Efficient, fast-moving, and output-driven

• Comfortable representing our company professionally across all communication channels
