About the Role

We're looking for a growth marketing professional to accelerate our direct to consumer (D2C) growth engine. This role is for a creative, analytical and execution-oriented marketer with experience in scaling content-rich products and services. As our D2C Growth Marketer, you’ll manage all aspects of the DTC eCommerce playbook: pricing strategy, promotional calendar, and profitability levers. You’ll own the customer journey—from awareness to conversion—and build scalable, sustainable marketing systems that drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies, informed by data and consumer behavior
- Develop and execute content strategies, with an emphasis on emerging AEO principles, to capture a dominant share of voice in AI-powered search results
- Scale multi-channel acquisition across paid search, social, display, connected TV, and emerging platforms, such as LLMs and Voice Assistants
- Deploy advanced strategies across Meta, Google Ads, and DSPs using first-party data
- Execute targeted email/SMS acquisition funnels with behavioral triggers and dynamic content personalization
- Run CRO programs using A/B testing, and advanced statistical methods
- Implement and manage advanced marketing analytical tools, and CDPs
- Develop and refine attribution models including algorithmic, last-touch, and incrementality
- Track, analyze, and communicate performance insights that drive decision making
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in D2C growth marketing
- 3+ years of experience in health tech, wellness, or adjacent industries (nutrition, fitness, longevity)
- Hands-on experience managing budgets across channels with a strong focus on ROI
- Deep knowledge of subscription models and optimizing long, complex customer journeys
- Full-funnel expertise across performance, content, conversion, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Skilled in Marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of AEO strategies and content-performance alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred
- Understanding of health consumer psychology, behavior change, wellness market trends and marketing compliance
- Ability to integrate clinical insights into messaging while navigating FDA/FTC regulations
- Expertise in influencer marketing within health and wellness verticals
- Certification in Google Analytics 4, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms

Additional Details:
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Location: Cambridge, MA – hybrid (candidate must be in the Boston area)
Hours: Full time, exempt (salaried)
Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Salary Range: $85 - 100k, salary commensurate with experience
